David Faccone
Founder & CEO
From the time David Faccone was a kid, he knew that a traditional career path wasn’t for him. He was the type who was always looking for the next opportunity — hosting garage sales, building a lemonade stand, trading baseball cards, shoveling snow, and mowing lawns. If there was a way to earn a dollar, he’d figure it out.
That entrepreneurial spark was lit even brighter by his father, a traveling salesperson who, after losing a sales job with a large corporation, had the courage to start his own business. Watching his father work taught David the greatest business lesson he’s ever learned: success comes from building genuine relationships — not just with clients, but with business partners, vendors, and the entire community. His father led with kindness, generosity, and creativity, and David carries those values with him to this day.
After dropping out of Villanova University, David was eager to roll up his sleeves and work in his father’s business. When his father eventually sold it, David explored a few jobs before landing in car sales — a role that honed his sales skills under the mentorship of Ray Gomez, who instilled in him the discipline and structure that still guide his work today.
While he loved the art of selling, the long hours weren’t ideal for life as a single dad, so he transitioned into mortgage lending. The work was steady, but it lacked the personal connection he valued so deeply.
That all changed when his longtime friend, Mark Bautis, invited him to a business networking meeting. David instantly saw the magic that happens when professionals come together to support each other’s success. Over ten years later, he has turned that passion into a career.
In June 2020, David founded beSure with the mission of creating a place where business professionals could build authentic, mutually beneficial relationships — relationships that are not simply based on how many referrals are passed to each other. What began as a small group of committed professionals has now grown into a thriving community of over 110 members. At beSure, the focus is on collaboration, integrity, and community engagement — because when people truly connect, everyone wins.
They say if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. For David, helping his partners grow their businesses, support each other, and achieve things they didn’t think possible isn’t work — it’s the most rewarding part of his day.
Peter D’Angelo
Vice President of Business Development
Peter D’Angelo serves as Vice President of Business Development for BeSure, where he helps lead, run, and moderate multiple chapters and power groups. His core focus is growing membership, ensuring existing members are supported, and fostering a culture of collaboration. Before stepping into this leadership role, Peter helped charter one of BeSure’s early chapters in Totowa, New Jersey. His ability to connect people and create meaningful opportunities is built on more than a decade of success in the mortgage industry, private banking, and professional networking.
A dedicated community leader, Peter has served as President of the Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club and as a nine-year member of the Passaic Valley Regional Board of Education. He is also an accomplished musician, building connections through his performances across the region. Known for his approachable style and innovative thinking, Peter is passionate about helping others grow—whether through mentorship, business development, or implementing AI tools to empower professionals. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys life as a devoted husband, proud dog dad to a husky named Panda, and an active contributor to the communities he serves.
