My sales coaching practice began organically, when members of our beSure networking community asked me to share the same strategies I have utilized to grow my own business. Over time, this grew into a full coaching service designed to help professionals at every stage of the sales process. My philosophy is simple: Structure & Discipline lead to Success. I first learned this lesson from my mentor Ray back when I sold cars, and it remains the foundation of everything I teach. From goal-setting, follow-up, and developing an elevator pitch to mastering the 8 Steps to a Sale, I show professionals how to identify what works and then repeat it with consistency.
